Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect shipping information, unreachable contact numbers, or refusal to accept delivery.

In such cases, re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
Return & Refund Policy
General Guidelines

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Due to the nature of self-defense and safety products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items, unless the product is proven to be defective upon delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return requests after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds (If Approved)

Replacements

For eligible products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if stock is available.

If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened pepper sprays, used knuckles, damaged safety alarms (due to improper handling), and expired first aid products.

Items returned without prior approval.

Safety and Defence is not responsible for product misuse, injuries, or legal consequences arising from unauthorized or improper use.

We reserve the right to deny any return/refund request if it does not meet our policy guidelines.

Any shipping fees, COD charges, or bank charges are non-refundable.
