At Safety and Defence, we take pride in delivering quality safety and self-defense products to our customers in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping and return policies carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

  • We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect shipping information, unreachable contact numbers, or refusal to accept delivery.

  • In such cases, re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.


Return & Refund Policy

General Guidelines

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Due to the nature of self-defense and safety products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items, unless the product is proven to be defective upon delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return requests after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@safetyanddefence.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue (if damaged/defective)

  • Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacements

  • For eligible products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if stock is available.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened pepper sprays, used knuckles, damaged safety alarms (due to improper handling), and expired first aid products.

  • Items returned without prior approval.


Important Notes

  • Safety and Defence is not responsible for product misuse, injuries, or legal consequences arising from unauthorized or improper use.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return/refund request if it does not meet our policy guidelines.

  • Any shipping fees, COD charges, or bank charges are non-refundable.
